In development advisory, we will advise our client from land purchase to the completion of the development. We provide project management consultancy service and involve in product development. Our job scopes also inclusive of advice on planning permission, dealing with relevant authorities, obtain approval of planning & etc.

Project Marketing

We provide sales and marketing service to clients including planning and design, marketing consultancy and sales and leasing of a property development. This includes appointment of advertising and public relations consultants, designing and presenting marketing collaterals, pre-launch promotions, negotiating with prospects on behalf of clients, following up on bookings to ensure completion of sales, reporting and providing feedback to the clients on a regular basis regarding sales and marketing process, and many more.

Desa Bukit Nilam, Meru, Klang

Nested in the thriving township of Meru, Desa Bukit Nilam offers a cosy neighbourhood of 2-storey terrace houses. This is a fenced and guarded residency with freehold title. It is located nearby new Damansara Shah-Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH).

Semenyih Technology Park

It is a semi-detached industrial factory. We are appointed as exclusive marketing agent. We have worked with the project consultants and successfully developed product concept and finalised within 1 month. This is a RM150 million project in. GDV and we have achieved 100% sales.

Seri Permata 66, Sabah

We were appointed as development advisor and exclusive project marketer for this first of its kind development in Lahad Datu, Sabah. With a GDV of around RM65 million, this high-end residential project is setting an example of high quality and standard products in Lahad Datu, Sabah.

Garden Heights, Bandar Tasik Puteri

We have been appointed as marketing consultancy and exclusive marketing agent for this development in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang. The GDV of project is around RM 39 million for first phase. We have achieved about 70% sales before main launch.

Hartamas Height, Kuala Lumpur

The company was appointed as exclusive advisor by the purchasers from sourcing of land, development advisor, selling agent to property care for 6 parcels of bungalow land within high-end guarded and gated residential development in Hartamas Heights. The 6 bungalow land is to be completed with detached houses worth about RM 60 million. As-to date, all the properties have been sold.

The Trax, Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur

The company was appointed as exclusive marketing and sales agent. The GDV of the project is RM120 million and 70% sales was achieved up to date. We were involved in the product development as well.
